Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robin Olsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin The Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robin Olsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benjamin The Bull!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Olsen is defended easily by The Bull.
Olsen fails in his attempt to clinch.
The Bull shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

The Bull gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if The Bull can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The Bull has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Olsen off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

The Bull closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The Bull is looking to take a break and control but Olsen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The Bull tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no The Bull has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The Bull is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Olsen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The Bull tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Olsen gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Olsen moves into full guard.
Olsen doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Olsen seems keen to control The Bull's posture.
Olsen wants to stand but The Bull is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Olsen wants to get back to his feet but The Bull is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The Bull wants to stand but Olsen is controlling his posture from full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Olsen has his hands on The Bull's head, controlling the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Olsen is looking to clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from The Bull.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robin Olsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Olsen is breathing heavily.
Olsen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Benjamin The Bull will probably get the nod.

The Bull leaves Olsen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Olsen tries to keep at a distance but The Bull has taken the fight into the clinch.

The Bull has hold of one of Olsen's legs. Olsen is fighting the takedown attempt but The Bull gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Olsen controls The Bull momentarily but The Bull frees himself.

The Bull drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and The Bull jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The Bull lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Olsen is looking to work his way out of this bad position but The Bull is controlling him well.
The Bull wants to lay and pray for a moment but Olsen keeps working.

The Bull tries for a kimura but Olsen is defending well.

The Bull stands up.

The Bull circles away from the clinch attempt.
The Bull misses with the combination.

The Bull closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

You can see the frustration on Olsen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The Bull has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Olsen is proving hard to escape from.

Olsen throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Benjamin The Bull showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Olsen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Bull pinned against the cage. The Bull gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The Bull tries to clinch but Olsen moves out of range.
Olsen looks for the body kick but The Bull saw that one coming.
The Bull swats away the attempt to clinch by Olsen.

The Bull darts in and clinches Olsen up against the cage.
Olsen tries to break the clinch but The Bull is controlling the position.

The Bull pulls Olsen into guard.

The Bull wants to sweep here but Olsen controlling him for the moment.
Olsen wants to stand but The Bull is controlling his posture from full guard.

Benjamin The Bull has got the better of the ground game so far.
The Bull is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Olsen is controlling him.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The Bull has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Olsen has passed into side control.

The referee asks Olsen politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Olsen prefers to stall for the moment though.

The Bull wants to hold on but Olsen pushes him away.

The Bull is trying to stand back up but Olsen is controlling him

The Bull wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The Bull has a closed guard, preventing Olsen from standing up.

Olsen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. The Bull is keeping the position for now.
The Bull pulls Olsen in close to his closed guard and prevents Olsen from doing any damage or advancing position.
The Bull is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The Bull has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Olsen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Benjamin The Bull.
Well The Bull has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
