And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Al Cassidy!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeRosa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cassidy fails with the takedown.
DeRosa scores with a spinning back kick!
Cassidy throws a right and a left that DeRosa avoids nicely.
Cassidy moves out of range of the body kick from DeRosa.
Nice takedown defense from DeRosa. No joy for Cassidy on that attempt.
DeRosa lands with a kick to the ribs.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from DeRosa, right into the meat.
DeRosa throws a head kick that misses.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Cassidy.
Leonardo DeRosa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Al Cassidy.
DeRosa uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Al Cassidy has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
DeRosa fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Cassidy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Cassidy looks winded!
DeRosa connects with an inside leg kick.
Cassidy tries to score a power double leg takedown but DeRosa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cassidy somewhat.
A slapping leg kick lands for DeRosa.
Cassidy is trying desperately to land a takedown but DeRosa is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Cassidy.

DeRosa scores with a head kick. Cassidy tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
DeRosa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
DeRosa fails to land with a series of punches.
DeRosa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
DeRosa lands with a kick to the ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
DeRosa connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Cassidy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
DeRosa plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
DeRosa pushes Cassidy away with a front kick.
DeRosa throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cassidy.

Cassidy is rocked!

That has opened up Al Cassidy's cut even more.
Cassidy gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
