Davis blocks a head kick by Martin.
Davis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Martin wants to clinch up but Davis keeps it at a distance.

Martin gets a double leg takedown into Davis 's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Davis throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Martin wants to control from the top but Davis keeps moving.
Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.
Davis throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Davis wants to improve his position but instead Martin has moved into half guard.
Davis tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Martin is trying to control the action in half guard but Davis is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Martin moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Davis .
Davis takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Davis tries to buck Martin off but Martin is having none of it.
Martin has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Davis !

Davis is trying to reverse the position but instead Martin has taken his back - oops!
You can see the frustration on Davis 's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Davis is trying to defend against the choke here but Martin has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Martin Tightens the hold and Davis taps out furiously! Martin displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
