Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kahlua Zordick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lyoto Parks has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Lyoto Parks!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zordick moves away.
Zordick shoots in for a double leg but Parks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Zordick shoots for a takedown but Parks saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Zordick thows a left - swing and a miss!
Parks misses with the combination.
Parks throws a jab but it's blocked by Zordick.
Zordick takes one on the button.
Zordick fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Parks avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kahlua Zordick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zordick walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Zordick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Parks tries to clinch but Zordick moves out of range.
Zordick tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Parks manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zordick lunges at Parks with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Parks's hand.

Zordick wants to pass the guard but Parks is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Lyoto Parks was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Parks bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Parks looks to land a strike but Zordick avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Parks stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zordick swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Parks makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Zordick controls Parks momentarily but Parks frees himself.
Parks lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Zordick is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Parks is aware though and is defending well.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Parks's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Zordick wants to sweep but no luck.
Parks postures up and lands a big shot to Zordick's brow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lyoto Parks dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Parks takes a swing at Zordick's ribcage but misses.
Lyoto Parks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Zordick shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Parks napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Zordick has hold of Parks's hands but Parks slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Zordick is trying to maintain the position but Parks is very close to passing his half guard.

Parks pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Zordick is keeping the position for now.
Parks lands a couple of digs.
Parks is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Parks wants to control from the top but Zordick keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parks throws a strike but Zordick rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zordick has gone for a leg lock! Parks slips out almost immediately though and dives into Zordick's guard.

Parks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Zordick has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Parks has managed to get both his arms back between Zordick's legs - danger averted.

Lyoto Parks has got the better of the ground game so far.

Parks is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Zordick has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Parks is looking to defend but Zordick has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Parks! Zordick pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Parks taps out and this one is all over!
