Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Little Rusky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valodia Smirnov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rusky might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sandstorm. Valodia Smirnov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smirnov tries to clinch up

and Rusky counters with a crisp one two that drops Smirnov! Rusky thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Smirnov to his feet! Smirnov is in big trouble!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rusky leaves Smirnov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Rusky had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Smirnov defends it easily.
Rusky knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Smirnov on the ground.

A close round but Valodia Smirnov will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Rusky goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Rusky misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Smirnov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rusky manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
