Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Micky Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Saint Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross's entrance music is Waka Flocka Flame - Lurkin. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross blocks a head kick by Saint Pierre.

Ross cracks Saint Pierre with a good jab.
Saint Pierre misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Saint Pierre escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ross throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Saint Pierre throws a sloppy head kick and Ross moves out of range easily.
Ross lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ross.
Saint Pierre tries a head kick but it misses.

Ross throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Saint Pierre was covering up waiting for the punch and Ross finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ross is fighting to break Saint Pierre's control of his arms but Saint Pierre is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Ross changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Saint Pierre tries to avoid it but Ross manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Saint Pierre to the ground. Saint Pierre escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Saint Pierre should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
