Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spartan Chuteboxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mighty Vlad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuteboxe tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vlad does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Vlad misses with a body shot.
Vlad misses with a takedown attempt - Chuteboxe sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Vlad drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vlad won't allow Chuteboxe to get back to his feet.

Vlad is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Chuteboxe is looking to break free of the clinch but Vlad has double underhooks.

Vlad gets control of Chuteboxe's arms and successfully pulls guard. Vlad will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
