Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Shia Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tubo Lard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lard has chosen I'm Fat as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shia Locke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tubo Lard!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Locke swings for the body but Lard moves out of range.
Locke misses with a looping right.
Lard avoids the head kick by Locke.
Lard wants to slow Locke down by chopping away at his legs.
Lard throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A shot to the liver by Lard. Beautiful body shot.
Lard tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Locke throws a shot to the body.
Lard connects with a jab.
Lard throws a leg kick
and Locke counters with an outside leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Locke misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shia Locke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Locke just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice jab there from Locke.
Lard avoids the body shot from Locke.
Sloppy strikes from Lard. Those never looked like landing.
Locke misses with a body shot.
Locke ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A head kick misses from Lard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Locke. Lard does a little dance to reset his feet.
Locke displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lard throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lard.
Lard jabs Locke to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Locke lands the left hand.
Locke tests Lard's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lard throws a leg kick
and as Lard resets, Locke counters with a big head kick, out of nowhere! Lard goes down! The referee sends Locke to a neutral corner and begins the count.. 3,4,5,6,7, will he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Shia Locke!
Shia Locke seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
