Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Simon Adebesi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Lagoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adebesi throws a series of punches but Lagoo avoids them all with ease.
Lagoo tries to bum rush Adebesi with a series of wild strikes but Adebesi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Adebesi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
A punch combination from Adebesi misses.
Simon Adebesi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Adebesi throws a looping overhand right but Lagoo ducks down to avoid it.
Lagoo shoots in and drives through. Adebesi sprawls well.
Adebesi throws a jab when Lagoo was well out of range.
Adebesi closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Lagoo lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Lagoo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lagoo clinches with his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lagoo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Adebesi swinging wildly here.
Lagoo throws a right and a left that Adebesi avoids nicely.
Adebesi scores with a jab to the body.
Lagoo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lagoo forces Adebesi back against the cage and clinches.

Lagoo manages to break the clinch.

Lagoo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adebesi was well out of range. Poor timing from Lagoo.

Lagoo closes the distance and clinches.

Lagoo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lagoo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Adebesi misses with a wild combination.
Adebesi misses with a double jab
and Lagoo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Adebesi misses the shot to the body.
Lagoo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Adebesi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Adebesi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lagoo rushes Adebesi and presses him up against the cage.
Adebesi wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Lagoo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Lagoo moves into range and clinches up with Adebesi.

Lagoo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

A jab from Lagoo does it's job there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Adebesi tries to keep at a distance but Lagoo has taken the fight into the clinch.

Lagoo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Adebesi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lagoo was well out of range. Poor timing from Adebesi.
Adebesi misses with the combination.
Adebesi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lagoo circles away quickly and effectively.
Adebesi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lagoo can pounce on him.
Adebesi takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lagoo throws a nice looking combination but Adebesi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Adebesi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lagoo connects with a body shot that sends Adebesi's belly button to the back.
Adebesi is breathing heavily.

A jab-cross combination lands for Lagoo and sends Adebesi crashing to the mat! Lagoo follows him down to the mat - Adebesi regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Adebesi is rocked!

Lagoo is trying to work for a kimura but Adebesi is defending well.
Oh Adebesi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lagoo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Lagoo has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Adebesi defend it? Lagoo steps over the head and cranks it - Adebesi is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lagoo!

Sasha Lagoo really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Steel Penn's Laundry 93% logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
