Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucifer Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Szczerek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Weapon of Choice. Szczerek is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sobota feat. chór Montu - Do góry łeb. Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Szczerek swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Lucifer Jones will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Szczerek shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Szczerek gets slowly back to his feet.

Jones comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Szczerek with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lucifer Jones is winning the standup battle so far.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Szczerek feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jones has momentary wrist control but Szczerek slips an elbow through the middle.

Jones wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Szczerek manages to pass to side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jones has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Szczerek's lack of action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Szczerek seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jones does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jones is looking to escape.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Szczerek will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Szczerek lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jones has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jones and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Szczerek takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Jones connects with a leg kick. Szczerek looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Jones scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Szczerek is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Szczerek pushes him off.
Jones throws a push kick but Szczerek slaps the foot to one side.
Szczerek seems to have recovered his senses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
