Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Foster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Carwwin!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carwwin wants to clinch but Foster slips to the side

and Foster moves into the clinch.
Carwwin is trying to pull guard but Foster turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Foster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Foster wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carwwin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Foster displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Carwwin.
Carwwin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tony Foster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Carwwin.

Foster closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Carwwin to the mat! Carwwin manages to get full guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Carwwin is working an open guard so Foster takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carwwin looks for a takedown but Foster sprawls well.

and Foster counters with a single leg into guard. Carwwin didn't expect that.

Foster is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Carwwin is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Foster defends well.

Foster content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Foster is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Carwwin is looking to stand up but Foster isn't so interested in that idea.
Foster knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carwwin on the ground.
Carwwin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Foster is one step ahead there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Carwwin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Foster passes into half guard.
Foster controlling the action here.

Carwwin wants to improve his position but Foster is controlling well.
Foster lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Carwwin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Foster drops an elbow to the side of Carwwin's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Foster controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


No joy there for Carwwin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Foster shoots in and bounces Carwwin off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
No luck for Carwwin with that takedown attempt.

Carwwin has a takedown stuffed.
Carwwin moves to clinch but Foster breaks away

and Foster counters with a single leg into guard. Carwwin didn't expect that.
Foster is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Carwwin is still in real trouble! Can Foster finish him?
Foster sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Carwwin's guard.
Foster is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Carwwin is hurt! He's hurt bad - Foster fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Carwwin from any more punishment! Congratulations to Foster! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tony Foster!
A less than humble Tony Foster misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
