Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sansom tries to clinch but Roid is having none of it.
Sansom misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Roid throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sansom sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sansom could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Roid gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sansom creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Roid misses with a body punch.
Sansom jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Roid walks away with a smile on his face. Sansom gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Sansom chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Roid can pounce on him.
A thudding body kick lands there by Roid!
Roid dips to his left and cracks Sansom with an uppercut!

It looks like Harvey Sansom has been cut.
Roid misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sansom.
Roid paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sansom walks into a straight right hand from Roid.
Roid stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Roid wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harvey Sansom. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sansom tries to keep at a distance but Roid has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sansom takes a shot to the head.

Roid manages to break the clinch.

Roid closes the distance and clinches.
Roid pushes Sansom back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Sansom is breathing heavily.
Sansom avoids a wild elbow strike from Roid.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Roid.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Roid lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Sansom is rocked!
Roid lands a left hand.
Oh Sansom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roid unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Sansom! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Roid is unloading with more strikes now! Sansom drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
