Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luthor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Wolf throws a body punch but Luthor moves out of range.
Luthor throws the left hand but Wolf avoids the punch easily.

Wolf closes the distance and pushes Luthor back into the cage.
Luthor jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wolf walks away with a smile on his face. Luthor gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Wolf displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Luthor.
Hugo Wolf has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lex Luthor.

Luthor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Luthor is looking for a triangle but Wolf pushes his legs off easily.

Luthor has gone for a leg lock! Wolf slips out almost immediately though and dives into Luthor's guard.

Wolf got a little sloppy there for a moment and Luthor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wolf has managed to get both his arms back between Luthor's legs - danger averted.

Luthor looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wolf is fending him off so far but Luthor persists. Nope, Wolf circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hugo Wolf.
Well Wolf has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
