The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bohner moves out of range of the body kick.
Forbes throws a shot to the body.
Bohner tries to close the distance and clinch but Forbes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Forbes is looking for a takedown.
Forbes is trying to break free.
Bohner pushes off an throws an elbow but Forbes leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Forbes has Bohner pressed against the cage.

Forbes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bohner throws a head kick but Forbes moves out of range.
Bohner misses with a low kick.
Bohner wants to clinch.

and Forbes counters with a one-two to the body.

Bohner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bohner wants to stand and escape but instead Forbes has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Forbes gets to his feet. Bohner looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Bohner throws the kick towards the body but Forbes avoids it.

and Forbes counters with a series of strikes. Bohner will be more careful next time no doubt.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Forbes moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Bohner! Forbes continues to tee off on Bohner, landing with a left and a right! Forbes connects with a right hand that leaves Bohner sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Forbes!
