Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Coalman Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perry Roscrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roscrow has chosen In The Middle Of It Now as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roscrow throws a right and a left that both miss.
A punch combination from Roscrow misses.
Roscrow stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Coalman Gracie has been cut.
Roscrow throws a lazy uppercut
and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Perry Roscrow has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie moves into the clinch successfully.
Gracie stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Roscrow holds him up against the cage and eventually Gracie drops back down to his feet.
Gracie is working for takedown but Roscrow is calmly controlling the position for now.
We've been hearing reports that Gracie has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Gracie is looking to take this one to the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Coalman Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie keeps control of Roscrow as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie blocks an uppercut.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Roscrow won't allow it.
Roscrow is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Roscrow down to the mat. Roscrow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Oooh a lovely combination from Roscrow sends Gracie down but not out. Roscrow dives into side control looking to finish.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Roscrow wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gracie, who protects the arm well.
Roscrow in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Roscrow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie is looking for a sweep.
Roscrow tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Roscrow has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Roscrow is working to tighten is grip on Gracie's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gracie has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Roscrow is really squeezing tight and eventually Gracie passes out! Roscrow breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
