The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez fails in his attempt to clinch.
Perez tries to clinch up but Krol circles away and keeps his distance.
Krol misses with a series of wild punches.
Perez dodges the punch combination from Krol.
Krol throws a series of punches but Perez avoids them all with ease.
Perez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Perez slips a jab and a cross from Krol.
Perez fails to land with a series of punches.
Krol will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Perez avoids a punch combination nicely.
Krol lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Perez circles away quickly and effectively.
A nice inside leg kick there by Perez. That's going to slow Krol down.

and Perez counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Krol swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Perez counters with a nice low kick that buckles Krol's knee momentarily.
Perez cracks the inside of Krol's front leg.
Perez scores with a kick to the body.
Krol takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Perez moves in looking to clinch but Krol pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Perez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Krol tries to bum rush Perez with a series of wild strikes but Perez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Perez throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Krol's head.
Perez throws a front kick that sends Krol stumbling back into the cage.
Perez tests Krol's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Krol takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Matinho Krol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Perez batters Krol with a massive right followed by a huge left! Krol is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Perez lands a final crushing right hand to drop Krol to the mat with a gruesome thud! Perez is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
