He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Jonny Jones acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ash throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Ash drives through and clinches with Jones against the cage.
Jones blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Ash has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jones uses from the top position.
Ash is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Ash uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Ash pushes him off.
Adam Ash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
