Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Toshi Matoshin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matoshin comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat theme. LaMotta has chosen Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Toshi Matoshin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake LaMotta!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Matoshin has closed the distance and engaged LaMotta in a clinch.
Matoshin has LaMotta pushed against the cage.
Matoshin gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from LaMotta.

Matoshin breaks from the clinch.
LaMotta tries to clinch up but Matoshin circles away and keeps his distance.
LaMotta closes this distance looking for a takedown but Matoshin circles away.
LaMotta tries to score a power double leg takedown but Matoshin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten LaMotta somewhat.
Toshi Matoshin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake LaMotta.
Matoshin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from LaMotta.
LaMotta throws a hook to the side of Matoshin's head but Matoshin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Matoshin scores with a crisp jab that stopped LaMotta in his tracks.
LaMotta has a takedown stuffed.
Matoshin scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
LaMotta fails with a takedown attempt.

LaMotta clinches up against the cage.
Matoshin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Matoshin manages to pull guard.
LaMotta sitting in guard here, content to control.

Matoshin has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes LaMotta off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
LaMotta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Matoshin's waist but Matoshin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing LaMotta off to one side.
LaMotta moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A telegraphed right hand from Matoshin misses the target.
LaMotta has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
LaMotta throws a front kick aimed at Matoshin's knee but Matoshin avoids it well.
LaMotta tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Matoshin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
LaMotta is trying hard to land a takedown here. Matoshin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
LaMotta shoots in but no luck this time.
LaMotta shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Matoshin sprawls well. Matoshin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. LaMotta gets slowly back to his feet.
LaMotta looks winded!
LaMotta takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Matoshin lands an overhand right.

LaMotta is rocked!

Matoshin moves into the clinch.
LaMotta is still on wobbly legs! Can Matoshin finish him?
LaMotta has Matoshin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Matoshin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Matoshin working the clinch nicely. LaMotta is working for position but Matoshin cracks him with a big knee to the head! LaMotta crumples up against the cage and Matoshin lands two more shots before the ref can save LaMotta! This one is all over!
