The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fredriksson tries to clinch there but Laroux circles away.
Mega Fredriksson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fredriksson looks to score with a jab to the body but Laroux is just out of range.
Fredriksson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Laroux slaps away a takedown attempt from Fredriksson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Laroux avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fredriksson throws a right hand that Laroux ducks under and follows up with a left that Laroux also avoids with ease.
Laroux looks to throw the jab but Fredriksson is out of range.
Fredriksson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Laroux but Laroux pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Laroux jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fredriksson. Laroux does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fredriksson doesn't manage to clinch there - Laroux circles away.
Fredriksson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fredriksson lands with a shot to the body.

Fredriksson drives through and clinches with Laroux against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Laroux misses with a short punch on the inside.
Laroux gets underhooks to prevent Fredriksson's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mega Fredriksson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fredriksson has a couple of punches blocked by Laroux.
Fredriksson misses with a punch to the body.
Laroux lands a left hand that snaps the head of Fredriksson backwards.
Fredriksson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Laroux swings wildly with an uppercut but Fredriksson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fredriksson is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Laroux is defending well.
Laroux tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Laroux tries to circle away but Fredriksson has him pinned against the cage.

Laroux blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Fredriksson goes for a takedown in the clinch but Laroux prevents it.

Laroux pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fredriksson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fredriksson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Laroux uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Laroux is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fredriksson's half guard.

Fredriksson is trying is best to control the position here.

Laroux passes Fredriksson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Fredriksson avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Laroux.
Laroux looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fredriksson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Laroux trying to mount his opponent but Fredriksson defends it.
Fredriksson is staying active underneath Laroux, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Laroux winds up and cracks Fredriksson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Laroux has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

A big strike lands for Laroux! That's really hurt Fredriksson and he's turned his back - Laroux keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Laroux jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
