Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Saulo Henrique Assun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Norihisa Isono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Norihisa Isono told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Sano and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Isono pivots, looking for a leg kick but Assun is out of range and Isono settles back down.
Isono fails in his attempt to clinch.
Assun lands a nice leg kick that just misses Isono's sensitive parts.
Assun scores with a kick to the body.
Isono takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Isono looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Assun throws a head kick but Isono moves out of range.
Isono swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Assun misses with a low kick.
Assun looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Isono moves forwards but Assun connects with a nice, crisp jab.
A good leg kick by Assun.
Assun tries to land a front kick but Isono steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Assun throws a chopping leg kick but Isono manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Assun connects with a body shot.
Assun lands a nice looking body kick.
Assun scores with a hook to the body. Isono takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Assun misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Isono on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Assun. Assun obviously looking to wear him down.
Assun ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Isono stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Assun.
Assun lunges at Isono with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Isono's hand.
Assun lands with an uppercut that bounces Isono off the cage and back into range.
Isono leaves Assun with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Assun connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Assun scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Assun.
Assun with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Assun throws a head kick that misses.
Isono on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Assun. Assun obviously looking to wear him down.
That kick from Assun tenderised Isono's leg. Isono is trying to keep his angry face on.
Assun looks to land a body kick but Isono moved away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Assun.
Isono misses with a low kick as Assun jumps back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Isono tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Isono takes a kick to the side of the head.
A bone on bone clash there as Isono blocks the leg kick.
Isono takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Saulo Henrique Assun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Isono is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Good shot there by Assun.
Isono takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Assun lands with a kick to the ribs.
Assun swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Isono.
Isono takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Isono is rocked!
A jab from Assun does it's job there.
Isono is still on wobbly legs! Can Assun finish him?
Assun checks a low kick from Isono.
Assun throws a powerful right kick. Isono tried to block low but the kick was high! Isono was taken right off of his feet! Assun jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
