Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Muana Shylo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Hay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shylo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hay's waist but Hay gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shylo off to one side.
Shylo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hay but Hay pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hay slaps away a takedown attempt from Shylo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Muana Shylo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Shylo shoots in for a double leg but Hay sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Nice shot lands for Hay.
Hay looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shylo is fending him off so far but Hay persists. Nope, Shylo circles away and we're back to standing.

Hay closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Shylo's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Hay got a little sloppy there for a moment and Shylo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hay has managed to get both his arms back between Shylo's legs - danger averted.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hay is posturing up here but Shylo has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hay tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hay has to tap! Slick submission there by Shylo!
