Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dead Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ashley Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dead Kennedy has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy shoots in but no luck this time.

Kennedy fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Turner, pushing him back against the cage.

Kennedy successfully pulls guard.
Turner should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kennedy is on top in guard.

Turner isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Kennedy stacks Turner on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Kennedy!

Kennedy tries for a kimura but Turner is defending well.
Kennedy wants to control but Turner is keeping him busy.
Turner tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Turner avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Kennedy.

Turner tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kennedy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Turner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kennedy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Turner is fending him off so far but Kennedy persists. Nope, Turner circles away and we're back to standing.

Turner is looking to reverse the position.
Kennedy is looking to take a break and control but Turner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Turner tries to bench press Kennedy off him but Kennedy keeps the position.

Kennedy thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Turner is looking for a sweep.

Kennedy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Turner keeps working.
Kennedy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kennedy has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Kennedy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Turner's guard.
Kennedy is breathing heavily.
Kennedy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kennedy thows a big elbow that misses.

Kennedy is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Turner has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kennedy is looking to defend but Turner has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kennedy! Turner pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kennedy taps out and this one is all over!
