The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kayani tries to bum rush Hogan with a series of wild strikes but Hogan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kayani misses with a double jab.
Hogan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The fighters circling - Hogan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kayani takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Umair Kayani has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hogan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Kayani moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Bruce Hogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Hogan counters with a crisp one two that drops Kayani! Hogan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kayani to his feet! Kayani is in big trouble!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hogan lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Kayani - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Hogan!
