The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakhtin scores with a nice strike.
Bakhtin looks to score with a jab to the body but Beharry is just out of range.
Bakhtin misses with a straight left.
Bakhtin paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Beharry just misses with a punch to the body.
Bakhtin jabs at Beharry's body.
Beharry uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bakhtin.
Beharry ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bakhtin lands a jab to Beharry's midsection.
Beharry walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Bakhtin lands a glancing blow to the side of Beharry's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beharry takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
VortzU Bakhtin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bakhtin misses with an uppercut. Beharry saw that one coming.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Beharry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bakhtin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Beharry on the side of the head.

Beharry is rocked!
Bakhtin lands a nice shot to the body.
Beharry is still on wobbly legs! Can Bakhtin finish him?
Bakhtin goes for a small jab and connects. Now Bakhtin goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Beharry stumbles back but Bakhtin runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Beharry to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Beharry will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). VortzU Bakhtin!
VortzU Bakhtin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
