The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joaquin shoots in but MachineTwo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
MachineTwo thows a body shot but no joy.
Joaquin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
MachineTwo misses with a straight right.
Joaquin slips under a jab from MachineTwo.

It looks like Relion Joaquin has been cut.
War MachineTwo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A bone on bone clash there as Joaquin blocks the leg kick.
MachineTwo tries a head kick but it misses.
Joaquin ducks under a wild hook from MachineTwo.

Joaquin shoots for a double leg takedown but MachineTwo sprawls well. He's pushed Joaquin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Joaquin dives in and grabs MachineTwo's left leg, looking for a takedown. MachineTwo pushes down on Joaquin's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Relion Joaquin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Joaquin tries to close the distance and clinch but MachineTwo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
MachineTwo is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Joaquin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around MachineTwo's waist but MachineTwo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Joaquin off to one side.
