The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaroslev leaves Hodgins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Yaroslev stuffs the takedown attempt from Hodgins. Hodgins gets slowly back to his feet.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hodgins. Yaroslev does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hodgins gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Yaroslev counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Aleksander Yaroslev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kory Hodgins.
Yaroslev bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hodgins's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hodgins doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Yaroslev counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Hodgins badly! He tries to strike back but Yaroslev puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Hodgins out cold! Oh man, Hodgins will never hear the end of this one!
