Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barich Fendsor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Kissinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barich Fendsor!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Henry Kissinger!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fendsor feints and then cracks Kissinger's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kissinger down.

and Kissinger takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kissinger throws a sloppy body shot
and Fendsor counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kissinger throws a poor cross that misses
and Fendsor counters with a straight right hand.
Kissinger throws an off balance right hand
and Fendsor counters with an inside leg kick.

Fendsor scores with a takedown into Kissinger's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fendsor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kissinger is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Barich Fendsor just wasn't active enough.
Kissinger stuffs the takedown.
Kissinger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fendsor circles away quickly and effectively.
Fendsor fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kissinger on the side of the head.
Fendsor shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Kissinger fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fendsor manages to avoid it.

and Fendsor makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Kissinger's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Kissinger goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Kissinger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fendsor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kissinger has managed to get both his arms back between Fendsor's legs - danger averted.

Fendsor is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Fendsor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kissinger is just riding it out for now. Fendsor eventually gives up the hold.

Fendsor is pawing at Kissinger, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Kissinger's nose. Kissinger is badly hurt! Fendsor pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Kissinger tries desperately to hold on but Fendsor is relentless in his assault! As Kissinger receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Fendsor away and this one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 5, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Barich Fendsor!
