Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lord Langeron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Python (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Python is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Python.
Langeron keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Python.
Langeron gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Python counters with a two punch combo.
Langeron tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Python paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Langeron shoots for a takedown but Python saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Python avoids a punch combination nicely.
A head kick misses from Langeron.
A clash of legs there as Langeron blocks the low kick.
Langeron really is a fat lump.
Python misses with a low kick as Langeron jumps back.
Langeron has his takedown stuffed
and Python counters with a one-two to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lord Langeron. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Langeron shoots for a double leg takedown but Python sprawls well. He's pushed Langeron's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Python displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Langeron.
Python scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Python throws a right and a left that both miss.
Python scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Langeron doesn't seem bothered though.
Langeron is breathing heavily.
Langeron tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Python manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mike Python seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Langeron moves to clinch but Python breaks away
and Python counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Python moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Python lands a jab to the nose.
Langeron on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Python. Python obviously looking to wear him down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Python is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Langeron like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Langeron from another fist facial!
