Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Akena Desollar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emperor Hirohito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hirohito feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Hirohito sitting in guard here, content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Desollar keeping moving, preventing Hirohito from controlling successfully.
Hirohito is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Hirohito thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hirohito wants to control from the top but Desollar keeps moving.
Desollar not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hirohito forces his way into half guard.

Hirohito is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Desollar is just riding it out for now. Hirohito eventually gives up the hold.

Desollar is not content to let Hirohito control the position.

Hirohito is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Desollar defends it well.
