The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhukov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kaizer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
No joy there for Kaizer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zhukov ducks under a wild hook from Kaizer.
Kaizer throws a sloppy head kick and Zhukov moves out of range easily.
Kaizer misses with a double jab
and Zhukov makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kaizer really felt that one!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Zhukov, right into the meat.
Zhukov jabs Kaizer to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A combination from Kaizer does no damage.
A slapping body kick lands there for Zhukov.
Kaizer is breathing heavily.

It looks like Rex Kaizer has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zhukov throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Zhukov lands a head kick. Kaizer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Kaizer gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Zhukov lands a brutal head kick. Kaizer looks out on his feet and Zhukov throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
