Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between DJ Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Duck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mike Duck!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duck clinches with his opponent.
Come on Duck - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Duck is trying to break the clinch but Parks has him pressed against the cage.

Parks fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Parks is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Duck to keep the fight standing.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Duck tries to close the distance and clinch but Parks swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Parks has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Duck tries to stall but Parks uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Parks looks to land a body kick but Duck moved away.

Duck tries to keep at a distance but Parks has taken the fight into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Duck manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Parks is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mike Duck comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Duck has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
