Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick O Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nom Nomm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Sullivan comes to the cage accompanied by Dropkick Murphys--shipping up to boston. Nomm has chosen Nyan Cat as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Patrick O Sullivan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nom Nomm's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Sullivan looks to score with a jab to the body but Nomm is just out of range.
O Sullivan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nomm avoids the body shot from O Sullivan.
Nomm stalks O Sullivan and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into O Sullivan's face. O Sullivan staggers backwards, shaken.

Nomm decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Nomm takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

O Sullivan closes the distance and clinches up with Nomm, looking for a takedown. O Sullivan pushes Nomm against the cage but Nomm circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

O Sullivan throws a combination. Nomm tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nomm has hold of O Sullivan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and O Sullivan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Nomm is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. O Sullivan is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. O Sullivan flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Nomm anticipates the leg and manages to get behind O Sullivan and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Nomm slips an arm under O Sullivan chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Nomm has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Nomm is squeezing on O Sullivan like an anaconda would it's prey. O Sullivan fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
