The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Fletcher or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.

Jones looking to score a takedown here. Fletcher is defending well but Jones drives through and ends up in Fletcher's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Jones scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Fletcher keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
Fletcher preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Fletcher has wrist control.
Fletcher has momentary wrist control but Jones slips an elbow through the middle.
Fletcher avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Jones is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Jones works over Fletcher with some ground and pound from guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fletcher is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jones, into his guard.

Jones wriggles free and stands up.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Fletcher drops Jones with a beautiful combination! Jones stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Fletcher is looking for the KO!

Jones is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fletcher lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Jones up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Fletcher from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Jones's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
