Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drazen Kadoic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vera comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - Bebot. Michael Vera has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Drazen Kadoic!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera throws a sloppy head kick and Kadoic moves out of range easily.
Kadoic lands a nice looking body shot.
A low kick from Vera is predictable there
and Kadoic makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kadoic misses with a wild combination.
Vera fails to land the takedown.
Vera pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Vera throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Drazen Kadoic has been cut.

and Vera counters with a slapping leg kick.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Vera changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kadoic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Kadoic is trying to control Vera's posture but Vera avoids it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vera frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Kadoic is concentrating on defense, preventing Vera from advancing position.
Kadoic is looking to control Vera's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kadoic avoid being mounted?
Vera stalling away here and it's allowed Kadoic to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Kadoic seems keen to control Vera's posture.
Vera tries to free his leg and advance position but Kadoic is retaining full guard.
Kadoic is adopting a defensive guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Vera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kadoic swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Vera shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kadoic as he avoids it easily.
Vera attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Kadoic checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Kadoic walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Vera checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kadoic tries to clinch but Vera is having none of it.
Kadoic fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vera takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Vera fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kadoic.
Kadoic throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Vera tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kadoic throws a nice head kick!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Vera.
Kadoic defending well as Vera loads up on a big left hand.
Kadoic moves out of range as Vera strikes.
Kadoic misses with a low kick as Vera jumps back.
Kadoic throws out a powerful jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kadoic.
Drazen Kadoic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Vera throws a leg kick that misses.
Vera tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kadoic throws a series of strikes that have Vera backpedaling.
Vera is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kadoic ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Vera's jaw. Vera's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Kadoic does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Drazen Kadoic!
