Roland tries to clinch up
and Thomas counters with a nice body shot.
Thomas keeps the fight on the outside.

It looks like Maxime Roland has been cut.

Roland moves to clinch but Thomas breaks away
and Thomas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Roland darts in trying to clinch
and Thomas counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Maxime Roland seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roland on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Thomas feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Roland sprawling to the canvas! Roland rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thomas finish him?!
Roland is rocked!

Thomas measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Roland! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
