Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maister darts in and clinches Bakki up against the cage.
Bakki jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Maister walks away with a smile on his face. Bakki gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Maister lands a leg kick that knocks Bakki off balance momentarily.

Bakki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Bakki is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Maister is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Maister tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bakki wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Bakki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bakki lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Maister down.

Bakki goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Maister has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bakki but great work by Maister.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bakki is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Maister really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bakki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bakki is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Bakki winds up and cracks Maister with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Bakki has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Maister is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Bakki yanks on the arm and Maister is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Bakki.
