Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duckworth misses with a left hand
and Goodman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Duckworth tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Goodman swivels and escapes.
Duckworth takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Duckworth walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Goodman connects with a body shot.
Goodman stuffs the takedown.

The fighters circle momentarily. Goodman darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Duckworth rushes Goodman and presses him up against the cage.

Duckworth tries to score a body lock takedown but Goodman shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Duckworth jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Goodman walks away with a smile on his face. Duckworth gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Goodman counters with a three punch combo that has Duckworth backing up. Duckworth nods at Goodman to acknowledge the strikes.

Duckworth tries to score a power double leg takedown but Goodman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Duckworth somewhat.
Clarence Goodman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Goodman lands with a nice combination. Duckworth backs away looking to recover.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Duckworth escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goodman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Goodman is looking to take a break and control but Duckworth is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Goodman feints a jab promting Duckworth to slip. Goodman then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Duckworth slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Duckworth throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Goodman's waist but Goodman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Duckworth off to one side.

Goodman connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Duckworth! He's out on his feet! Goodman rushes in and drops Duckworth with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
