Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alyosha Popovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sailo Lance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lance's choice of entrance music: Alive. On his way into the cage it seems that Alyosha Popovich has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alyosha Popovich seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lance clinches up with Popovich and pushes him back against the cage.

Popovich pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lance looks to land a combination but Popovich avoids it well.
Popovich throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lance.

Popovich closes the distance and clinches.

Popovich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Popovich tries to bum rush Lance with a series of wild strikes but Lance uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lance connects with a body shot.
Popovich really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lance shoots in but Popovich avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lance fails with an attempt to clinch.
Popovich keeps the fight on the outside.
No joy there for Lance, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Popovich throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Popovich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lance moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Alyosha Popovich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sailo Lance.
