Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drake Younger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Younger is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Broken Bones by Nonpoint . We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Santiago Ramirez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Drake Younger! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramirez shoots in but no luck this time. Ramirez throws a nice looking combination but Younger bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Santiago Ramirez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ramirez throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ramirez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Younger's calf. Ramirez wants to clinch. Ramirez throws a chopping leg kick but Younger manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Younger throws the kick towards the body but Ramirez avoids it. Ramirez misses with a hook. Younger ducked under it nicely. Ramirez closes the distance and lands a one-two. Ramirez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Younger swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ramirez swats away the attempt to clinch by Younger. Good standup being displayed there by Ramirez as he connects with a hook. Ramirez misses with the combination.
Younger should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Younger connects with a body shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Ramirez. Ramirez shoots in and drives through. Younger sprawls well. Ramirez shoots for a takedown but Younger saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Ramirez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ramirez fails with a takedown attempt. Ramirez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Younger circles away. Ramirez is breathing heavily.
Younger gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ramirez's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Younger shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ramirez but Ramirez pushes him off and we're back to square one. Ramirez throws a body punch but Younger moves out of range. Ramirez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Younger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ramirez's guard now. Younger sitting in guard here, content to control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramirez wants to stand and escape but Younger is having none of it. Younger controlling from the top position. Ramirez working a defensive guard but Younger passes into half guard.
Younger is thwarting Ramirez's attempts to control the position. Ramirez works his way to full guard. Good work. Ramirez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ramirez trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Ramirez is wriggling around trying to escape.
Younger blocks Ramirez's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Younger has control of Ramirez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ramirez regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Ramirez tries to get back to half guard but can't.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Younger controlling the position easily from mount. Ramirez working to try and regain half guard.
Ramirez wants to hold on but Younger pushes him away. Younger tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Younger looking to control but Ramirez is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Ramirez is working to get back to half guard.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Drake Younger dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ramirez gets caught flat footed, as Younger shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Ramirez is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Younger tries to free his leg and advance position but Ramirez is retaining full guard. Younger controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Younger won't allow Ramirez to sweep him here.
Ramirez had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Younger is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ramirez Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Younger's back instead. Ramirez doesn't have the hooks in and Younger manages to turn into his guard.
Ramirez keeping moving, preventing Younger from controlling successfully. Younger wants to stand but Ramirez has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ramirez has his foot on Younger's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Younger works his way back into a safe position though.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Younger closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Ramirez manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Ramirez is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Ramirez wants to pass to mount but Younger is defending the position. Ramirez seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Ramirez decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramirez misses with a takedown attempt
and Younger counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ramirez lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Younger or not. Ramirez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Younger pulls him back up using the underhooks. Ramirez fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Ramirez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Younger has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Ramirez uses from the top position. Younger looking for a sweep. Not yet Younger, not yet. Ramirez with a nice head shot there.

Younger passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ramirez! Younger takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Ramirez really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Drake Younger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and Younger holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Ramirez takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Ramirez thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Younger's head. Ramirez trying to control from half guard but Younger is working away. Ramirez throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Ramirez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Younger does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.  The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Younger is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ramirez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Younger slows the pace down.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. A left and a right from Ramirez both land. Nice combination. Younger misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Younger shoots in and drives through. Ramirez sprawls well.
Younger clinches up with Ramirez and pushes him back against the cage.

And that's the end of the fight! Drake Younger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Younger winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
