And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pablo Gomez!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez throws a lazy body kick
and Boom counters with a nice body kick.
Gomez tries to clinch but Boom moves out of range.
Boom throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Gomez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Boom closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Boom lands an elbow inside that Gomez shrugs off.
Boom lands a nice uppercut.
Boom's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boom lands a high kick!
Gomez is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boom walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gomez drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Boom swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gomez's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
