Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Sine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oboy D Great (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). D Great has chosen coming home as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oboy D Great!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sine shoots in and drives through. D Great sprawls well.
D Great throws a nice outside leg kick.
Sine on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
D Great tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sine manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sine avoids a kick to the body.
D Great scoring well with a low kick there.
Sine tries for a takedown but D Great sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

D Great tries to bum rush Sine with a series of wild strikes but Sine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

D Great pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

D Great closes the distance and pushes Sine back into the cage.

Sine jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as D Great walks away with a smile on his face. Sine gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Sine tightens his grip and picks D Great up, before dumping him to the ground. D Great manages to land in guard.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Sine seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up because James Sine just wasn't active enough.
D Great lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

and D Great counters with a head kick. That will keep Sine thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

D Great lands an elbow inside that Sine shrugs off.


It looks like James Sine has been cut.
D Great trying to stall but Sine improves his position.

Sine tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. D Great just stands there and leans against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on D Great's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sine keeps control of D Great as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Sine breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by D Great.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
D Great lunges at Sine with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sine's hand.
D Great wants to slow Sine down by chopping away at his legs.
Oboy D Great seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
D Great tries to close the distance and clinch but Sine swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sine tries to keep at a distance but D Great has taken the fight into the clinch.
D Great is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sine is defending well for now.

Sine shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says D Great as he avoids it easily.

Sine manages to get an easy takedown there - catching D Great on his heels. He'll look to pass D Great's guard now, I'm sure.

Sine has gone for a leg lock! D Great slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sine's guard.
Sine manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
