Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brett Kirk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Milostnoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Anton Milostnoy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milostnoy tries to close the distance and clinch but Kirk swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kirk drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kirk working the ground and pound but Milostnoy is defending the strikes.
A lull in the action here as Kirk stalls from top position.
Kirk connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Milostnoy some visible discomfort.
Kirk in side control, throwing shots but Milostnoy defends.
Milostnoy dodges the ground and pound from Kirk.
Kirk lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kirk scores with a couple of short elbows.

Kirk postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Milostnoy is out cold - huge knockout for Kirk!
