Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Social lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Mike Kicko has been cut.
Mike Kicko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Social steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kicko.
Kicko clinches up with Social and pushes him back against the cage.
Social is trying to push Kicko away but Kicko has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kicko has Social pressed against the cage, preventing Social from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Social tries to pull guard but Kicko forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Kicko breaks from the clinch.
Social fails to land with a series of punches.

Kicko is looking to take a break and control but Social is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Social stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Social wants it to stay on the feet.
Social buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Kicko is trying hard to land a takedown here. Social sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Social turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Social displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kicko.

Social has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kicko avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Kicko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Social swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kicko drops back, looking for a kneebar! Social looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Social looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Social!
Social is looking to take a break and control but Kicko is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Social wants to stand but Kicko is controlling his arm.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Horrible takedown by Kicko or perhaps it was just good defense by Social which made him look bad.

Mike Kicko decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
