Ortiz has chosen Break Stuff as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jos Ricci on his heels. He'll look to pass Jos Ricci's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Ortiz drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ortiz jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Jos Ricci manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ortiz manages to get himself to full guard.
