The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Thenn. Forbes does a little dance to reset his feet.
Forbes throws a leg kick but Thenn sees it coming and moves out of range.

Thenn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Forbes is trying to escape the mount.
Thenn is landing with some decent strikes but Forbes is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

It looks like Edward Forbes has been cut.
Thenn tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Thenn pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Edward Forbes's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Thenn looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Forbes covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

In his post fight interview, Styr Thenn started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
