The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mishar wants to control but Grimes postures up.

Grimes thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Mishar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Grimes's guard.
Grimes pushes a forearm under Mishar's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Mishar is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
