The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liebling is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rogers can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Liebling goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Rogers has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Liebling but great work by Rogers.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Liebling is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rogers has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rogers!
Rogers will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Liebling has hold of Rogers's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rogers manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
