Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Felipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jakub Wedrowycz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wedrowycz swings for the body but Felipe moves out of range.

Felipe closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Felipe lands in his opponent's guard.
Felipe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Felipe is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Wedrowycz sees it coming and defends easily.
Wedrowycz is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Felipe's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Felipe's back!
Felipe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wedrowycz on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Paulo Felipe will probably get the nod.

Felipe shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wedrowycz eats them both and turns towards Felipe to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Wedrowycz shoots in for a double leg but Felipe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Felipe fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wedrowycz to the ground. Felipe is now in Wedrowycz's guard.

Wedrowycz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Felipe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
