Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sally Sockcucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darra Late (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sockcucker lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Sockcucker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sockcucker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sockcucker lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Sockcucker throws a head kick but Late moves out of range.
Late feints and as Sockcucker raises his hands in defense, Late changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Late throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Late creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Sockcucker is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Late has just dragged him back down to the mat.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sockcucker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Late.
Sockcucker scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sockcucker gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Sockcucker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Late on the ground.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sockcucker throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Horrible takedown by Late or perhaps it was just good defense by Sockcucker which made him look bad.

Sockcucker lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sockcucker fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Late manages to avoid it.
Late misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Late lands a big shot there that rocks Sockcucker but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

A big strike lands for Late! That's really hurt Sockcucker and he's turned his back - Late keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Late Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
