Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herod Otto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Otto's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Anvil of Crom. Taylor has chosen Red Rider - Lunatic Fringe as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor scores with a shot to the body.
Taylor throws a good cross that connects.
Otto is looking to chop away at Taylor's legs.
Taylor looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Taylor throws an elbow that misses. Otto uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Taylor's guard. Nice move by Otto!

Otto throws the kick towards the body but Taylor avoids it.
Otto fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Otto tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Taylor paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Otto thows a body shot but no joy.
Taylor misses with a takedown attempt - Otto sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Taylor. Otto does a little dance to reset his feet.
Taylor avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Otto takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

and Taylor counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Otto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Otto tries to close the distance and clinch but Taylor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Otto takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Taylor ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Otto moves away.

Otto shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Otto wants to control from the top but Taylor keeps moving.

That was a close round but I would say that Herod Otto will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Taylor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Otto but Otto pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Otto fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Taylor is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Otto rather than just go for the knockout.
Otto slips under a jab.
Otto gets a clinch.
Otto is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Taylor is defending well for now.
Taylor has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Otto after a bit of a struggle.
Taylor takes a knee to the side of the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Herod Otto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mason Taylor.

Taylor drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Otto gets the underhooks and prevents it.
With the fighters up against the cage, Otto throws an elbow but misses.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Otto is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Otto lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Otto swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Otto working the clinch nicely. Taylor is working for position but Otto cracks him with a big knee to the head! Taylor crumples up against the cage and Otto lands two more shots before the ref can save Taylor! This one is all over!
